How Many Tables Do I Need for My Party?
One of the most common questions we get at Monarch Event Rentals is how many tables and chairs a family actually needs. As a general rule, plan for one 6-foot table per 6-8 guests if you’re serving a seated meal, or one table per 8-10 guests for a casual, mingling-style event.
For a party of 30 guests, that typically means 4-5 tables and 30 chairs — which lines up closely with our 5 Tables + 30 Chairs bundle. If your event includes a gift table, food table, or DJ setup, add one extra table to your count for each of those needs.
